A motion was made by Jack Helfeldt and a second by Hersh Waxman to approve the "Applied Learning in Math and Science Minor," to assume leadership role in AggieTeach, a proposal submitted for funding. If the proposal is funded, the Applied Learning Minor would be reviewed for possible modifications. This minor could be used for other programs for preparing teachers. The faculty vote was 26 yes and 0 no.
