The program offers Master of Science (M.S.), Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees. In addition to taking a core curriculum shared with all students of Curriculum and Instruction, students will complete courses specific to the Reading and Language Arts program. In addition, students have the option to pursue a Reading Specialist Certification and Master Reading Teacher Certification.

Note: This is not a teacher certification program

We are now admitting for fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Note: Summer admits can take a maximum of 6 credit hours (2 courses), and those courses must be RDNG courses recommended by their advisor.

To be admitted to a graduate program, you must apply to the TLAC department and Texas A&M University.
